Information System Enhancement

The Information System Enhancement package helps your organization to either improve the usage of the current systems already deployed or to look for new systems available to your organization.

The purpose is to optimize the methodology with the best system and functionalities that fit your needs. 

Phase 1: Occurs during the Methodo tailoring. 

• Current State: detailed analysis of the current system and its usage
• Possible solutions: analysis of possible current system enhancement as well as new systems available on the market
• Selection of the preferred solution 
• Adding the solution to the tailored Methodo

Phase 2: Occurs during the Methodo Implementation. 

Steps that will be undertaken: 

• Provider Negotiation
• Support during deployment
• Training preparation and delivery (might be a partnership with the provider)
