The Leader
Amelie Charritte founded Methodo in 2018 while she continuously works in full time jobs. As she earns experiences in different roles, she decided to develop her own business as a consultant proposing services in the areas she masters: continuous improvement, transformation, and digital age. With those services, she can get her clients to beneficiate from her best knowledge. Today, Amelie inspires to bring her expertise to local businesses and institutions where she lives.
Amelie is a project leader with more than 10 years of experience. She progressed through her career and became a Senior project leader delivering complex transformation projects of multi-millions dollars. She has been exposed to multiple industries and worked with private companies and public institutions.
She is recognized for being detailed oriented, hands-on leader, and actively participating in project’s delivery with team members. She has a proven record of successful project delivery and effective problem solving. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, major in Information Technology from HEC Montreal. She also ensures she is up to date with the highest industry standards and earned multiple certifications: Lean-Six Sigma Black belt certification (from McGill University), PMP certification, ECBA certification, as well as SAP entry level certification.
